We’re all looking for great ways to lose weight, get fit, and look fabulous. It would appear that Blake Shelton has found a method that works – but he wouldn’t necessarily recommend it and your doctor isn’t likely to prescribe it. What’s Blake’s weight loss secret?

“The Divorce Diet.”

During an appearance on America’s Morning Show with Blair Garner, Blake was asked about his new trim and slim appearance. Blake, ever the open book and quick witted fellow, announced that he had been on “The Divorce Diet.”

“Well, ya know, you should try the divorce diet,” Shelton quipped in reference to his shrinking waistline. “I just think, not the actual breakup part, but the stress of getting through all of that was weird, so I didn’t eat as many fried pickles and stuff.”

Between his reduced appetite and his hectic work schedule, it is no surprise that Blake has been melting away. Sure, he might look a little slimmer around the midsection, but we are just happy that he kept that big, fat, goofy grin on his face. Thank goodness “The Divorce Diet” didn’t take that, too.

Perhaps enjoy a little Sangria to boost up the calories, Blake?
