Singer-songwriter Cam wowed guests at the Country Music Hall of Fame when she surprised them with an unexpected public appearance last week! The museum at the Hall of Fame is currently exhibiting Cam's dress from her 2015 Grand Ole Opry debut, alongside of a piece of country music history: a dress which was worn by the legendary Patsy Cline during her performances in the 1950s.
Cam has often named Patsy as a big influence throughout her career; in fact, Cam sang 'Sweet Dreams' during her debut at the Grand Ole Opry. Visitors at the museum could easily see how ecstatic Cam was to be featured in an exhibit with one of her favorite country music legends.
Cam also took some time to talk about her 'Patsy fever' with fellow museum attendees, joking with the crowd and sharing her honor in being featured next to one of her major muses. It's just more proof that no matter how things may change, great music is always timeless!
