If You Missed Carrie Underwood’s Epic Performance at the 49th Grammys, You Need to Check It Out! It seems like only yesterday that Carrie Underwood was a contestant on American Idol -- and every year, Carrie seems to just get better and better!

It’s always a lot of fun for fans to relive those earlier memories in Carrie’s career, though.

One of those early unforgettable Carrie moments came in 2007, which is the year she won Grammy awards for both “Best New Artist” and “Best Female Country Vocal Performance.”

Carrie performed for the attendees of the 49th annual Grammy Awards ceremony at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California -- and the audience couldn’t get enough of her!

Although this cover performance of Bob Willis’s classic “New San Antonio Rose” is about ten year old, the dynamic energy of Carrie’s performance holds up every bit as well today as it did back in 2007.

Great music is always timeless, and so are the talents of iconic musical artists like our girl, Carrie Underwood!  Enjoy!
