We have a 60-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused. We will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received. As soon as we receive the exchange item(s) and have inspected it/them and deem the exchange item(s) is/are in great shape, we will send out your awesome replacement. We will pay for the shipping back to you.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you via email on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit back to your account within five (5) business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We ask that if you would like to cancel an order, that you make the request prior to the shipment of the order being made. Upon shipping of the order, you need to return the item(s) to be eligible for a refund.
